3. Try These Common Tasks
Here are some things you can ask Dimension to do right away:
Email & Communication:
"Summarize my unread emails from today"
"Draft a reply to [person's name]"
"Find emails about [topic] from last week"
Calendar & Scheduling:
"What's on my calendar tomorrow?"
"Find time for a 30-minute meeting with [person] next week"
"Schedule a team sync for Friday at 2pm"
Document & Data:
"Summarize the Q4 roadmap document"
"What were the action items from yesterday's meeting notes?"

4. Use Context with @ Mentions
Make your requests more powerful by tagging specific resources:
@document-name - Reference specific documents for context
@person-name - Include people in your requests
@codebase - Tag your indexed codebase for technical questions
@integration - Reference specific tools or data sources
Example: "Hey Dimension, using @Q4-Roadmap create a summary email for the team"
5. Explore Your Integrations
To manage integrations:
Click Integrations in the sidebar
View all connected integrations and their capabilities
Connect additional integrations as needed
Configure integration settings and permissions
Remember: Each integration enables triggers, AI capabilities, and knowledge base indexing (where supported).
Tips for Success
Be Conversational: Dimension understands natural language. Ask questions like you would to a colleague: "What's the status of the homepage redesign?" or "Help me prepare for my 3pm meeting."
Build on Previous Conversations: Dimension remembers context within a conversation thread. You can follow up with "Send that as an email" or "Add that to my calendar" without repeating details.
Use Workflows for Repetitive Tasks: If you find yourself asking Dimension the same thing regularly, create a workflow to automate it. Workflows can run on schedules or triggers.
Check Your Dashboard: Visit your dashboard regularly to see suggested actions, workflow activity, and important updates Dimension has surfaced for you.
